meet Valentina & Anna
We are Anna & Valentina, friends and partners of the project Vita Lenta Retreats. Valentina is a certified health coach and a Pilates instructor with her own private Pilates studio in the Italian Alps while Anna is an interior and lifestyle photographer, documenting the entire experience of our retreats through photography.
Vita Lenta Retreats is a young project that combines physical, mental, and nutritional well-being for women by creating exclusive retreats in essential yet luxurious, design-oriented locations. The choice to call it “Vita Lenta” came naturally, as we both grew up in the Dolomites and had the luxury of nature and its paste of simply being right
outside our door since childhood. Our philosophy invites you to slow down and live more consciously, with a sense of serenity and joy. It is an approach that contrasts the daily frenzy, promoting a deep connection with one’s body and mind through pilates classes, creative and nutrition workshops, and the togetherness of strong inspiring women.
